＜Job Summary＞
Lead and grow KVC's OEM Automation business by spearheading sales activities, developing key OEM accounts, and providing leadership to the existing sales team.
＜Key Responsibilities＞
・Lead the sales activities and overall business development for the OEM Automation segment
・Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM customers
・Identify and develop new OEM customers and business opportunities
・Conduct hands-on sales activities, including customer visits, negotiations, and solution proposals
・Lead and provide direction to the existing team of senior individual contributors
・Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
・Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to provide suitable automation solutions to customers
・Take ownership of the OEM business segment and drive its long-term growth and expansion
资格
任职资格
【Must】
・Minimum 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience in Industrial Automation, Industrial Controls, OEM, or a related industry
・Minimum 3 years of proven sales team management and leadership experience英文
