  ■Job Summary
  We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Officer – Food & Retail Business Division to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal operational role, you will manage logistics and trade documentation for our key commodity trading transactions, specializing in palm oil, edible oils and fats, food materials, feed materials, and biofuel feedstock.
  
  As a cornerstone of our trade operations, your main focus will be executing end-to-end supply chain procedures. You will coordinate closely with suppliers, buyers, shipping liners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless cargo delivery across international borders. Beyond tracking shipments, you will be responsible for preparing precise shipping documents—such as Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and Phytosanitary Certificates—while maintaining full compliance with international customs, regulatory standards, and internal risk management guidelines.
  
  Additionally, this role requires diligent administrative control. You will input, reconcile, and monitor sales and purchase data within our enterprise management systems (such as SAP). You will track payments, monitor credit lines, resolve operational bottlenecks, and maintain precise database records to minimize trade risks.

  ■Responsibilities
  ・Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Arrange and manage end-to-end logistics for palm oil, edible oils and fats, food materials, feed materials, and biofuel feedstock trading transactions.
  
  ・Trade Documentation: Prepare, review, and handle all trade-related documentation accurately (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations) in compliance with trade terms.
  
  ・System & Data Management: Enter, update, and manage daily transaction data in internal systems and databases to maintain clear operational tracking.
  
  ・Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal cross-functional teams, external logistics providers, shipping agents, and trade partners to ensure timely execution.
  
  ・Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve routine shipping delays, documentation discrepancies, and operational issues proactively.
