  ■ JOB SUMMARY
  The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met, while supporting continuous improvement in the manufacturing of ceramic formers.
  
  ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  - Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets.
  - Ensure production processes comply with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015) and company SOPs.
  - Supervise and guide production line workers/operators to ensure smooth workflow.
  - Monitor machine and equipment performance; coordinate with maintenance team on breakdowns or servicing.
  - Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, defects, or process inefficiencies.
  - Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.
  - Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (OSH) regulations.
  - Work closely with QA, warehouse, and planning departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment.
  - Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, lean manufacturing, etc.).
  - Assist in manpower planning and training of production staff.
