【必須要件】
・四年制大学卒かつ社会人経験3年以上の方
（短大卒・専門卒の方は社会人経験5～7年以上の方、高卒の方は社会人経験7～10年以上の方）
・ 製造工学、機械工学、産業工学、生産管理、製造管理、または関連する技術分野の学士号を保有していること
・ 製造業界での実務経験10年以上（マネージャーまたは上位リーダーシップ職での豊富な経験を含む）
・中国語もしくはマレー語が使用できること
・ 製造マネージャー、製造責任者、生産マネージャー、生産責任者、またはそれに準ずる上位製造リーダー職としての実績・経験
・ 機械、産業用設備、産業用部品、精密加工、または関連する製造業界での実務経験

■Overall Manufacturing Management- Take overall responsibility for the performance and management of our manufacturing operations.- Lead and manage CNC Machining, Welding, Production Control and QC functions.- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.- Establish appropriate manufacturing processes, systems, SOPs, work instructions and performance standards.- Ensure production activities meet required targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity (SQDCP).- Monitor daily manufacturing performance and take prompt corrective action when targets are not achieved.- Identify production bottlenecks, operational risks and capacity constraints and implement appropriate solutions.- Build a strong manufacturing culture based on discipline, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.- Ensure production priorities are clearly communicated to CNC, Welding and other manufacturing teams.- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering and QC to prevent production interruptions.- Monitor production capacity and identify future manpower, machine and equipment requirements.- Establish effective production planning and control systems.- Develop appropriate KPIs and reports to monitor production performance.- Ensure customer delivery requirements are achieved through effective production scheduling and follow-up.- Oversee the overall Quality Control function and ensure effective quality control throughout the manufacturing process- Ensure appropriate Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Final Quality Control (FQC) processes are implemented.- Establish and maintain inspection standards, procedures and work instructions.- Lead investigation of production defects, customer complaints, non-conformities and quality issues.- Drive continuous improvement across CNC, Welding, QC and Production Control.- Implement appropriate Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, visual management and process improvement initiatives.- Determine manpower requirements based on production volume, machine capacity and business growth.- Lead, coach and develop Production, CNC, Welding, Production Control and QC personnel.- Develop competency matrices for operators, technicians, supervisors and engineers.- Identify training needs and implement appropriate technical and leadership development program.- Build a strong pipeline of skilled manufacturing personnel.- Develop supervisors and junior managers to support future manufacturing expansion.- Promote employee discipline, teamwork, accountability and safety awareness.- Monitor manufacturing equipment capacity, utilisation and reliability.- Identify requirements for additional CNC machines, welding equipment, inspection equipment, tooling and other manufacturing resources.- Participate in equipment selection, installation, commissioning and production qualification.- Develop capacity expansion plans based on projected customer demand.- Ensure appropriate preventive maintenance practices are implemented.■Cost & Budget Management- Manage and control manufacturing-related costs.- Prepare and monitor manufacturing budgets and expenditure.- Identify opportunities for labour, material, equipment and process cost reduction.- Monitor manufacturing cost per unit and productivity indicators.- Evaluate capital expenditure requirements and provide business justification to Management.- Ensure resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.■Safety, Compliance & Operational Discipline- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.- Promote a strong safety culture within the manufacturing organization.- Ensure all Production employees comply with approved SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures.- Work closely with the Safety / EHS function to identify and control manufacturing-related risks.■Management & Strategic Responsibilities- Participate in Management meetings and provide regular updates on manufacturing performance.- Provide Management with recommendations relating to:Production capacityManpowerEquipment investmentManufacturing costsQuality improvementProduction planningProcess improvementOrganization developmentDevelop short-, medium- and long-term manufacturing strategies.Support business expansion and production ramp-up activities.Establish a scalable manufacturing organization capable of supporting future business growth.- Represent Manufacturing in discussions with customers, suppliers and external parties when required.

【Position Summary】The CNC Machine Shop Supervisor (Leader) is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the CNC machining shop, ensuring that machining output meets production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.This role oversees CNC set-up, programming support, and operation across turning and milling equipment, while leading, developing, and scheduling a team of machinists and operators.The Supervisor will drive machine utilisation, process stability, and continuous improvement, and will act as the shop-floor point of contact for production, engineering, quality, and maintenance.【Key Responsibilities – Machining Operations & Production】• Plan and allocate daily machining jobs to meet production schedules and delivery commitments• Oversee CNC turning and milling operations across the shop• Ensure machines are set up, running, and changed over efficiently to maximise uptime• Monitor cycle times, throughput, and work-in-progress against targets• Balance workload across machines and shifts to optimise capacity• Prioritise urgent and rework jobs without disrupting overall flow■Machine Set-up, Programming & Optimisation• Support and verify CNC programs (G-code / CAM) for new and existing parts• Oversee tooling selection, offsets, fixtures, and first-article set-up• Optimise speeds, feeds, and tool paths to improve cycle time and tool life• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and dimensional issues on the floor• Maintain a controlled library of programs, set-up sheets, and tooling data• Drive reductions in set-up and changeover time (SMED)■Quality & Process Control• Ensure machined parts conform to drawings, tolerances, and specifications• Oversee in-process inspection, first-article approval, and use of measuring instruments• Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective actions• Support SPC, capability studies, and process control on critical dimensions• Ensure calibration and correct use of gauges and measuring equipment• Uphold ISO and customer quality requirements on the shop floor■Team Leadership & Development• Lead, schedule, and supervise machinists and operators across shifts• Assign work based on skill level and develop team competency and cross-skilling• Provide on-the-job training on machine operation, safety, and quality• Set performance expectations, give feedback, and manage attendance and discipline• Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement■Maintenance & Equipment Care• Ensure daily autonomous maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines• Coordinate with maintenance on preventive and breakdown servicing• Monitor machine condition and escalate recurring reliability issues• Manage tooling, consumables, and spare-part usage to control cost■Safety, 5S & Housekeeping• Enforce safe working practices, PPE, and machine-guarding compliance• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organised, and safe shop environment• Ensure correct handling, storage, and disposal of coolant, chips, and swarf• Support incident investigation and implement preventive measures■Cross-Functional Coordination• Coordinate with production planning on schedules and material readiness• Work with engineering on new part introduction and process improvements• Liaise with quality on inspection results and corrective actions• Report shop-floor KPIs, output, and issues to management

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's quality control system to ensure that plastic components meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a hands-on quality professional with experience in a start-up manufacturing environment who is capable of building quality processes from the ground up while supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure product quality throughout incoming, in-process, and final inspections.• Develop, implement, and continuously improve QC procedures, work instructions, inspection standards, and quality documentation.• Establish quality systems and inspection processes suitable for a start-up manufacturing environment.• Ensure products comply with customer specifications, semiconductor industry requirements, and applicable quality standards.• Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) including defect rate, customer complaints, yield, first-pass yield (FPY), scrap rate, and cost of poor quality.• Lead investigations on customer complaints, internal quality issues, and supplier quality problems.• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.• Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and qualification activities.• Ensure all measuring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.• Coordinate internal quality audits and support customer, certification, and supplier audits.• Participate in external audits including customer assessments and certification bodies.• Support implementation and maintenance of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.• Ensure compliance with cleanroom practices, contamination control, ESD requirements, and semiconductor customer expectations where required.• Manage non-conforming materials and ensure timely disposition.• Develop supplier quality monitoring and incoming quality inspection programs.• Prepare quality reports and present performance updates during management review meetings.• Coach, train, and develop QC Inspectors and Quality Engineers to enhance technical competency.• Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.• Participate in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
