【Summary】
Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective campaign delivery. Monitor budgets, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights and operational support to drive continuous marketing improvement and strategic decision-making.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager in annual planning and campaign development.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade, Food Service, and external partners to ensure full campaign alignment across channels.
- Monitor and track campaign expenditures to ensure all spending is in line with approved budgets.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand Strategy and Sales teams to support integrated marketing execution.
- Consolidate campaign performance results and provide insights, including recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Provide analytical and operational support to assist the Assistant Manager / Manager in strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution of marketing activities.

任职资格
【Must】
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in market research, data management or a similar role.英文
