    Job description
    Our Group HR team drives the people agenda at scale and we are looking for an Executive who thrives at personnel administration, payroll management, and analytics. If you are someone who can run a tight payroll cycle, think in dashboards, and speak the language of compensation strategy read on.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Personnel Administration
    - Maintain accurate employee lifecycle records — onboarding to exit
    - Manage HRMS data integrity across all entities
    - Administer employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
    - Support HR audits and regulatory reporting

    2. Payroll Management
    - Execute end-to-end monthly payroll for multiple entities
    - Ensure accuracy in EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF submissions
    - Handle payroll reconciliation and variance analysis
    - Manage off-cycle payroll, claims, and adjustments

    3. Compensation & Benefits
    - Support salary benchmarking and C&B policy review
    - Administer employee benefit programmes and entitlements
    - Assist in salary structure reviews and increment exercises
    - Respond to C&B queries with accuracy and discretion

    4. HR Analytics
    - Build and maintain HR dashboards
    - Generate monthly HR reports for management review
    - Analyse workforce trends and surface actionable insights
    - Support data-driven HR presentations to senior leadership

资格

  • 任职资格

    - Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Finance, or related field
    - Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on payroll and HR operations experience
    - Solid knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)
    - Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with HRMS / payroll systems
    - Comfortable working with data — able to build reports and spot trends
    - High integrity in handling confidential payroll and employee data
    - Organised, systematic, and able to manage multiple payroll cycles under deadlines.
