  1. Open-to-Buy & Budget Support
  - Support the planning, monitoring, and tracking of Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets.
  - Assist in preparing sales, stock, and sell-through reports for management review.
  - Highlight stock gaps, overstock situations, and support rebalancing actions.
  
  2. Merchandise Selection & Allocation
  - Assist in selecting and allocating merchandise across assigned luxury brands
  - Ensure product assortment is aligned with store positioning and customer profile
  - Support seasonal buying and replenishment processes
  
  3. Stock Management & Inventory Control
  - Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and ageing inventory
  - Work closely with retail operations to ensure optimal stock availability
  - Assist in stock consolidation and transfer planning where necessary
  
  4. Sales & Performance Reporting
  - Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports by brand and category
  - Support analysis of product performance, sell-through, and bestsellers
  - Assist in identifying slow-moving stock and recommending markdown actions
  
  5. Vendor & Brand Coordination
  - Liaise with brand partners and suppliers on order follow-ups and deliveries
  - Support communication on product launches, allocations, and delivery schedules
  - Maintain proper documentation for purchase orders and shipment tracking
  
  6. Cross-functional Support
  - Work closely with retail, visual merchandising, and operations teams
  - Support execution of promotions, seasonal launches, and store campaigns
  - Ensure timely communication of stock updates to relevant stakeholders
