Luxury Buying & Assortment Strategy- Lead Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and execution, curating and developing luxury brand assortments across assigned international labels to drive sales performance, margin optimisation, and alignment with store positioning and target clientele.- Analyze sell-through performance and market trends to optimise buying decisions- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to luxury brand guidelines in all buying decisionsBrand & Supplier Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with international luxury brand principals and distributors- Manage buying negotiations including pricing, margins, exclusivity, allocation, and delivery terms Sales & Commercial Performance- Monitor daily sales performance by brand, category, and SKU- Drive sell-through and profitability through effective stock planning and replenishment- Identify slow-moving luxury items and implement strategic actions (markdown planning, transfer, or promotional strategy where appropriate and brand-approved)- Ensure optimal stock level to support both sales performance and brand imageStore Execution & Brand Presentation- Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Store Operations to ensure premium brand presentation standards are met- Support in-store launches, VIP events, and seasonal campaigns- Ensure product display and assortment reflect luxury positioning and brand storytellingMarket & Performance Analysis- Conduct regular analysis on sales trends, customer be haviour, and competitor luxury retail movements- Prepare buying reports, sales forecasts, and post-season reviews with actionable insights- Provide recommendations to improve brand performance and assortment strategy
