  The position requires 24-hour standby support, including during non-working hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  
  - Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.
  - Answering phone calls, email correspondence, ad-hoc duties and update data entry into the computer system.
  - Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  - Attending our members to the hospital as a translator for doctor consultation.
  - Manage the overall operational and responsibilities of the department with hospital & insurance company.
  - Keep good relationship with our affiliated hospital in Malaysia.
  - Cooperate with Finance, Management & HQ to ensure company’s operation in smooth manner.
  - Prepare report in Japanese & English.
  - Prepares reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  - Report to Headquarters & MD.
  - Gathering market and customer information.
  - Perform ad hoc and general duties as assigned by management.
