    Responsibilities:
    • Attending our members to the hospital as a translator for doctor consultation
    • Prepare report in Japanese & English.
    • Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.
    • Answering phone calls, email correspondence, ad-hoc duties and update data entry into the computer system.
    • The duties need to standby on 24 hours shift support during non-working hour, weekend & public holiday.
    • Manage the overall operational and responsibilities of the department with hospital & insurance company.
    • Prepares reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
    • Report to Headquarters & MD.
    • Cooperate with Finance, Management & HQ to ensure company’s operation in smooth manner.
    • Keep good relationship with our affiliated hospital in Malaysia
    • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
    • Gathering market and customer information.
    • Perform ad hoc and general duties as assigned by management.

  • 応募条件

    - Education Background : At least a Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field
    - Experience : At least 1 year of experience in doing customer service or translator or interpreter / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

    - Required skills:
    1. Strong Japanese language skill is a must. Must have JLPT N2 & above with certificate.
    2. Standby after work (weekdays) and weekends
    3. Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
