< ABOUT THE ROLE >
We are looking for enthusiastic entry-level candidates to join our IT Service Desk team.
This role is open to fresh graduates, IT and non-IT graduates, and diploma holders who are interested in starting a career in IT and customer support.
You don’t need prior IT work experience—we provide clear guidance, and ongoing support. What matters most is your willingness to learn, positive attitude, and desire to help others.
< WHAT YOU'LL DO >
- Act as the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance
- Provide basic IT support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Help users with common issues such as login problems, software access, and device setup
- Record and track support requests accurately in the system
- Follow troubleshooting guides and standard procedures (training provided)
- Escalate more complex issues to senior support teams when required
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users at all times

任职资格
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Proficient in Cantonese at a level suitable for customer service communication
・Willing to work under shift rotation hour including weekends or public holidays
** Project Operations Hour: 24 hours x 7 days
■ ADVANTAGES
