    We are seeking a highly experienced Printing Leader with strong expertise in offset printing operations and excellent color accuracy skills to join our dynamic team.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Lead and supervise daily offset printing operations using Ryobi / RMGT machines.
    • Ensure all printing output meets company standards and customer quality requirements.
    • Oversee machine setup, color matching, registration, and overall print consistency.
    • Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet deadlines and delivery targets.
    • Train, guide, and monitor printing operators to ensure optimal performance.
    • Troubleshoot machine, color, and printing-related issues efficiently.
    • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

资格

  • 应征条件

    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in offset printing operations.
    • Hands-on experience with Ryobi and/or RMGT offset printing machines.
    • Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, and printing materials.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    • Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
    • Willing to work overtime and/or shifts when required.
    • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
