You will play a key role in supporting production leadership and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities- Operate and manage offset printing machines (Ryobi / RMGT).- Ensure all printed materials meet company quality standards and customer specifications.- Support machine setup, including color matching, registration, and troubleshooting.- Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet deadlines efficiently.- Lead, guide, and train printing operators to maintain high productivity and performance.- Identify and resolve printing defects and machine-related issues promptly.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures at all times.
