• 工作内容

  • Upload the update sales contract in Infor LN (MRP).
  • Check CTB before release kit/ once upload product structure in Infor LN BOM.
  • Based on cycle time to work out production schedule by process.
  • Create Kit List by process in Infor LN system.
  • Upload Kit List details by process to MES System.
  • Create and release WO in MES System.
  • Print Kit List (NPI), check and select alternative part as per acvise by PE.
  • Prepare summary loading list for material split process by store.
  • Get outbound order in MES system.
  • Update daily output report.
  • Update production daily output by process report, verify reason for unaccomplished daily output target.
  • Email and follow up production daily output status with related production PIC.
  • Email daily attrition report to production for real time monitoring.
  • Production weekly/ Monthly Attrition Report.
  • Update daily kit, MR, MRB, PCN, PDN, & RTS in material working file.
  • Advice material shortage to Purchasing/ customer.
  • Follow up incoming status for upcoming demand and QTF parts.
  • Raise Material Purchasing Authorization Form for replenishment if stock not available.
  • Print or Create DO (SMTT~GTR, GTR~end customer)
  • Coordinate with Store/ WCG PIC for any not tally actual stock VS info LN.
  • Coordinate with WCG for carry forward BOH.
  • Update GTR E&O Invetory Report weekly (backup).
  • Email GTR planned shortage report by weekly (backup).
  • Standby to backup if other colleagues not in place.
