■ ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a creative and highly connected Talent & Partnerships Specialist to join our influencer relationship team.In this role, you will be the core link between our clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).Your day-to-day will revolve around building relationships in the social media space, brainstorming out-of-the-box campaign strategies, and writing catchy content for our creators.■ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES・Be the Bridge: Act as the main liaison connecting our clients, internal team members, and influencer partners.・Brainstorm Daily: We are known for our ideas! Bring your out-of-the-box thinking to the table to brainstorm fresh, innovative influencer campaign strategies.・Draft Catchy Content: Come up with daily content ideas and use your strong writing skills to draft engaging, attractive captions for our influencers to post on their Instagrams.・Build Relationships: As part of the influencer relationship team, you will constantly network and deal directly with KOLs and exciting personalities in the social media and entertainment space.・Stay Curious: Be eager to continuously learn and adapt to the ever-changing social media marketing industry.・Visual Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house visual marketing team. (If you have basic video and photo editing skills yourself, that’s a huge plus!)

Design & Production of Advertising & Promotional MaterialsEvent Promotions: Create main visuals, posters, and flyers for seasonal events (Chinese New Year, Ramadan, Christmas, etc.) and promotional sales.In-mall Displays: Design in-mall banners, digital signage content, floor guides, and elevator advertisements.SNS & Web Content: Produce engaging banners and motion graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and the official mobile app.2. Brand Management & Guidelines ControlBrand Identity: Maintain the shopping mall’s brand image and supervise tenant advertisements to ensure they align with the mall’s tone and manner.Senior Leadership: Review artworks created by junior designers, ensure quality control, and liaise with external agencies or printing vendors.3. Participation in Campaign PlanningConceptualization: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop campaign concepts and translate them into visual designs.VMD Collaboration: Work with the Visual Merchandising (VMD) team to create design proposals for mall decorations and festive setups.4.
