工作内容
• Handle sales transactions, including processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and claims promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Provide after-sales service, addressing any post-purchasing concerns, coordinate repairs and replacements and ensure customer satisfaction
• Actively engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs and offer suitable furniture solution from our collection
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Japanese suppliers, ensure smooth communication, coordinate product availability, product negotiations and resolving any issues
• Stay updated on product knowledge, including the latest trends and features of our products, to effectively guide and advise customers
• Communicate effectively in both English and Malay for internal coordination, including collaborating with team members and participating in meetings
• Market planning, analysis, and business development
资格
应征条件
<Requirement>
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination/support role from the manufacturing industry
• Minimum Diploma or above with proven experience in overseas sales
• After-sales service experience
<Advantageous>
• Experience using Glovia system (ERP) or any similar ERP system
• Working experience in furniture industry
• ISO experience (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001)英文
