<Summary>
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our partner network by optimizing existing relationships and driving new partner acquisition. Your strategic approach will enhance collaboration with product and presales teams, ensuring partners are effectively onboarded, activated, and tracked to maximize business growth. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong partner management skills and the ability to unlock untapped potential within our channel ecosystem.
<Job Description>
1) Business Performance & Profitability:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain profitability to drive the company’s overall revenue and growth objectives.
2)Partner Growth & Recruitment:
Actively identify, onboard, and develop new partners to expand company’s channel ecosystem.
3) Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, pre-sales, and technical teams to drive opportunities from initial identification through to successful implementation.
4) Partner Enablement:
- Ensure partners are trained and certified on company’s products, ensuring they have the skills, demo environments and tools needed to independently sell and demonstrate solutions to customers.
5) Partner Advocacy:
- Serve as the liaison between partners and internal teams to address challenges and improve collaboration.
6) Joint Marketing Initiatives:
-Develop and execute co-marketing activities with partners to boost lead generation and brand visibility.
7) Market Representation:
-Represent company at industry events, conferences and partner forums to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
8) Market Intelligence:
Gather and share insights on partner performance, market trends and feedback to refine strategies.
资格
应征条件
<Experience>
-5+ years of channel management experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT, with a demonstrated ability to build and grow partner ecosystems.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field.
-Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with experience engaging C-level audiences and a sharp eye for detail.
-Highly organized with strong administrative skills to manage complex partner workflows.
-Possess own vehicle and willing to travel to meet customers.英文
