Sales & Business DevelopmentPlan and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and profit targets.Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer segments.Conduct regular market visits and follow up with customers to strengthen business relationships.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy adjustments.2. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain good relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Coordinate after-sales support and follow up on technical or service issues with relevant departments.Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations in a timely and professional manner.3. Team Coordination & Internal CommunicationSupervise and support sales staff in daily activities and ensure smooth communication within the team.Work closely with internal departments (Sales Support, Technical Service, Marketing) to deliver quality service and timely solutions.Provide guidance and basic training to team members when required.4.
