工作内容
・Administer the company's personnel and operational procedures.
・Recruit executive and non-executive staff to meet the company’s operational requirements.
・Administer the company’s salary administration system.
・Advise management on appropriate community salary levels and benefits practices.
・Counsel and advise employees on welfare, career aspirations, and personnel development plans.
・Supervise the safekeeping, retrieval, and updating of company personnel files and records.
・Administer the provisions of the company’s superannuation, salary, and employee benefits policies.
・Prepare statistical reports related to human resources management planning, development, evaluation, implementation, and analysis.
・Identify and analyze training needs for all employees, including staff and workers.
・Design, conduct, and evaluate training program content, modules, and overall training effectiveness.
・Supervise, mentor, coach, and counsel across the organization whenever improvements are required.
・Plan, establish, and implement safety and health activities.
・Plan, establish, and implement the human resources performance evaluation system.
・Administer and implement CSR activities in collaboration with external organizations.
・Act on behalf of the company as public relation, legal and general matters.
资格
应征条件
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Over 3 years of HR working experience
・Japanese level at least N2 Level
■ ADVANTAGES
・Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
・Knowledge in Labor Law is a plus
・Experience in leading a small team of admin and HR staffs is a plus英文
