    Job Description:
    •Planning, development, execution, and feedback of the annual marketing plan
    •Planning and execution of social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
    •Planning and execution of membership recruitment campaigns
    •Membership data management and analysis (in collaboration with the IT section)
    •Collaboration with marketing departments of shopping malls where our stores are located (expanding advertising spaces, gathering information within the mall, understanding in-mall event plans)
    •Managing advertising spaces within malls and negotiating rates with landlords
    •Production of various advertisements and promotional materials (including content planning, directing designers, and overall production management)
    •Creation and management of in-store displays and storefront advertisements (including images displayed on VOD touch panels)
    •Planning and management of external collaborations
    •Planning and execution of internal events (e.g., Karaoke Competition held annually; preliminaries begin in August/September, finals in December)
    •Revitalization of internal company website / Planning and management of digital ad content
    •Planning and management of analog advertising such as print media
    •Planning and execution of events for new store openings
    •Planning and execution of events at existing stores (e.g., store anniversary campaigns)
    •Overall management of menu photography and menu design
    •Planning and management of collaborations with anime and cosplay events

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Having at least 5 years Offline marketing experience
    and
    - Having Marketing experience of Social services
    (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and so on)

    This is only applicable for Managers and above. Other category of employees are required to seek Management’s approval before applying this benefits.
