▼Sales & Business Partner Support
ーAccompany sales meeting & support the sales team in helping prospects and partners understand our SaaS product
ーBuild proofs of concept (POCs) and propose our SaaS to prospects
ーSupport our SaaS implementation
ーTroubleshooting
ーinternal meetings
▼Technical Partner Support
ーAnswering questions (including product functions, API specifications and technical topics)
ーPlanning and holding technical training sessions
ーPlanning and creating technical training materials
▼Internal System Development and Operation
ーDevelop and manage process operation for those systems used by our sales and marketing team.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Possess 3+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or System Engineer
- Programming experience
【Prefer】
Business Experiences
- System proposal
- Working experiences in a SaaS product company
- Project Management
