工作内容
• Identify and secure major access control and security projects across government, enterprise, and data center sectors in Malaysia.
• Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and project developers in Malaysia.
• Manage the entire project sales cycle, from specification and tender participation to order closing and handover, navigating Malaysia's procurement processes.
• Promote company product portfolio, and other Grade 4-certified solutions, highlighting their suitability for Malaysia's security needs.
• Provide technical consultation and commercial support to clients, ensuring alignment with local regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal product, presales, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent company at trade shows, conduct site visits, and participate in industry forums to enhance brand visibility in Malaysia.

应征条件
<Requirements>
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably in access control, CCTV, ELV, or building automation systems.
<Skills>
• Proven track record of successfully managing and closing large-scale security projects in government or enterprise sectors.
• Experience in biometric access control systems and AI-powered security solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience in Malaysia's security market is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge:
o In-depth understanding of biometric technology, access control systems, and AI in security.
o Familiarity with international security standards, such as BS EN60839 Grade 4, and their application in project specifications.
• Project Management:
o Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle complex sales cycles from inception to completion.
o Experience with tender processes and procurement in Malaysia's government or enterprise sectors.
• Market Understanding:
o Deep knowledge of the Malaysian security market, including key players, trends, and regulatory environments.
o Awareness of the growing demand for physical security solutions in data centers, government, and enterprise sectors.
• Networking and Relationships:
o Extensive network in Malaysia’s construction, security, and government sectors.
o Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with system integrators, consultants, and project developers.
• Certifications (Preferred):
o Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or sales.
o Familiarity with security system certifications, such as those from ASIS International or similar bodies.
<Soft Skills>
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
• Cultural awareness and understanding of business practices in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.英文
