Job Description:
-Promote and sell advertising space in our free paper magazine.
-Handle both existing accounts and reach out to new clients.
-Visit and build relationships with a wide range of businesses (Japanese restaurants, Italian cafes, French bistros, and even major international companies!).
-Assist with editorial activities such as interviews and content planning.
-Brainstorm creative ideas for ads and campaigns with clients.

Primary Role FunctionThe Product Specialist is responsible for promoting and driving the sales of assigned CNS products within a designated territory. This role involves developing strong customer relationships, execution of marketing strategies, providing products timely updates and achieving sales targets. This role also requires maintaining a positive, self-motivate mindset, and apply a high level of product knowledge and business environment knowledge to ensure consistent sales group while upholding regulatory and ethical compliance.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Promotion- Promote and detail CNS products to doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals (HCPs).- Execute sales strategies and achieve or exceed territory sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential stakeholders.- Aggressively buildup of product market share in respective sales territories- Conduct effective product presentations, CMEs, RTD, and sales activities aligned with marketing strategies.- Analyse and update territory changes, HCPs/KOLs/Stakeholder data and prescriber behaviour on a regular basis.- Timely report on sales, activity and territory performance- Perform sales forecast and execution plan.2. Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs/KOLs/Stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.- Provide timely follow-ups and address HCPs/KOLs/Stakeholders product queries.3. Market Intelligence- Monitor competitor activities and customer needs in the assigned therapeutic area.- Gather competitor intelligence and market feedback to provide actionable insights on a regular and monthly basis to support marketing team.- Share insights and feedback with the product/marketing management teams to review strategies.4. Reporting & Compliance- Submit timely sales activity reports and customer visit documentation.- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities.- Ensure all sales/promotional activities comply with company & local PHARMA code of conduct (whichever is stricter)- Ensure that market AE reports are appropriately documented and communicated to the appropriate PV manager in a timely manner.

We are looking for a Precious Metals Junior Trader to expand our presence in the bullion market. With 1 to 2 years of experience in physical precious metals, you will proactively acquire new retail and wholesale partners, execute profitable bullion trades and ensure strict compliance with AML/KYC regulations. You must possess high integrity and attention to detail when handling high-value assets. Key Responsibilities:- Proactively acquire new customers and identify new wholesale partners, networking and targeted outreach to precious metals bullion retailers, jewelers, retail and corporate investors in Malaysia and Singapore market.- Working with the Senior Trader and serve as the primary backup to ensure seamless business continuity during their absence.- Manage the buying and selling of physical bullions for clients and ensure all transactions are executed to maximize profitability for the company.- Ensure all transactions strictly adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.- Prepare and review all trade-related documents and contracts before sending them to customers.- Coordinate with the vaulting and logistics teams to ensure the secure delivery or storage of physical assets.- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by ensuring all records, business leads and follow-up statuses are accurately and consistently updated in the CRM system.
