  '• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including Engineers and other relevant person.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive products in the industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our sheet metal products, manufacturing processes, and industry applications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of the company's sheet metal fabrication solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Manage the customer sales pipeline, track sales activities, and report on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and project specifications.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals.
  • Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Assist customers in coordinating schedules, timelines, and deliveries.
  • Address any post-sale issues or concerns regarding product quality, delivery, or service.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
