    【Job Responsibilities】

    - Client Management:
    Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

    - Prepare resolution, statutory forms and other corporate secretarial documents while keeping relevant statutory records up to date.

    - Advisory Role :
    Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on secretarial matters, providing expert guidance tailored to their needs.

    - Document Coordination:
    Facilitate the timely return of documents and forms, ensuring submission to the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and Bursa Malaysia within the deadline.

    - Deadline Management:
    Proactively remind clients of key deadlines, including holding Annual General Meeting for their portfolios.

    - Effective Communication:
    Maintain clear and concise communication with clients via email, outlining agreed-upon action steps, responsibilities, and deadlines.

    - Audit Liaison:
    Collaborate with auditors during annual audits, addressing queries on behalf of clients to ensure a smooth process.

    - Support:
    Be prepared to provide additional support as needed by Management, contributing to the team’s overall success.

资格

  • 任职资格

    - Education Background : Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines or ICSA graduate.
    - Minimum is ICSA Graduates or Chartered Secretary (ACIS)
    - Experience :Minimum of 1 year of relevant and related Corporate Secretarial experience is preferred
    - Fresh graduates with a strong interest in corporate administration are also welcomed and encouraged to apply.
    - Require Skill : Company Act 2016
    - Adequate knowledge of Listing Requirements and Companies Act, Capital Market and Securities Act, procedures and guidelines is an added advantage

    【Others】:
    - Good written and communication skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word
    - Willing to learn, organized, detailed and deadline-oriented
    - Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
    - Able to work in a team environment and independently
