当社は1963年より、製薬会社向けのマーケ支援、医療介護の人材紹介や経営支援等、幅広く世界中にサービスを展開している企業です。
今回は経営企画チームにてご活躍いただける方を募集しております。主に当社の展開する担当国の事業の数字の取り纏めを担っていただくポジションです。
数字管理に強く、将来的に経営企画のスキルアップを目指す方必見のポジションです。
<業務内容>
・事業進捗に関する月次報告資料を作成
・経営陣とのディスカッションや意思決定のための資料の準備
・ビジネスレベルでの予算編成と予測の管理および実行、戦略に合わせたKPIの設計とモニタリング
