  • 工作内容

    1. Fully responsible on Raw Water treatment Plant (RWTP), Intake Station and Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewerage treatment plant daily operation and ensuring the water quality meets the specification. Work includes monitor the operation and carry out routine maintenance.
    2. Conducts daily plant monitoring data collection, Analyses the result, record the data in daily basis and act/troubleshoot on any problem encountered or whenever required.
    3. Ensure that all the chemicals required for RWTP & Wastewater treatment plant are always in stock and act on any shortage of the chemicals by informing the Superior, raising the PR and ensure the delivery in time.
    4. Ensure that the chemical dosing stations/system are always in good condition with Sufficient dosing and optimum dose.
    5. Assign or review continuous improvement projects either in quality, delivery, cost or safety.
    6. Inventory parts usage, chemicals and material control for RWETP and relevant system process.
    7. Weekly PR/PO follow up and review
    8. Responsible for plant SOP review, monthly shut and major shut review.
    9. Follow up and review loss production report
    10. Audit preventive maintenance check sheet, water usage, chemical usage and water balance audit.
    11. Ensure that all the equipments/instruments/analyzers/system for RWTP/ETP System/Sampling System is always in good condition. First level maintenance (pump change over, calibration, repair any leaks, greasing, painting, etc) to be scheduled and carried out. Any major defects/problems to be reported by raising the Work Order in MAXIMO.
    12. Ensure the safety and environmental practice in good manners.
    13. Planning the maintenance activities, major shut carried out at the area related to the system.
    14. Managing waste water and scheduled waste management and reporting to DOE. SPAN and Badan Air Pahang
    15. To carry out any other duties as directed by the HOD.

资格

  • 任职资格

    1. Degree/Master holder in engineering field
    2. Minimum experience 7 years in operating of waste water plant
    3. Communication skills- good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
    4. Leadership skills and self starter
    5. To manage smooth operation of shift
    6. Practical Engineering knowledge in terms of design engineering, setup maintenance, knowledge of utilities machinery operations and SOP setup
