Job Scope:
• Manage the recruitment and selection of all staff including the selection policies and procedures.
• Identifying an organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
• Manage mass recruitment/high volume hiring effectively
• Ensure sourcing channels are actively utilized, engaging with recruitment agencies and usage of the referral
programs
• Responsible for all spectrum of the recruitment process such as screening and evaluating job application, sourcing, job advertising, interviewing and employment contract to select the right candidates.
• Be able to do one-on-one interviews and handle group interviews as well.
• Planning and manage the orientation to the new hires on first-day on-board
• Coordinate with Director for arranging interview schedule for key role candidate.
• Building a candidate pipeline in order to support the company in the future.
• Support recruitment activities, for instance, job fairs, open house and career expo.
• Handle administrative works relevant to the recruitment process.
• Other Recruitment related tasks as assigned

任职资格
Requirements:
- Experience : 5 years working experience in recruitment, ideally in FMCG, retail, healthcare related industry
