• 工作内容

  -Maintains and develops business relationships with current customers in the assigned territory / segment and to generate new business for the organization's products and services.
  -Analyzes the quality advantage and market potentials and determine organizing value of existing / prospective customers.
  -Makes telephone calls to key－person, in－person visit and presentations/ negotiations to existing / prospective customers.
  -Researches sources for developing customers and for information to determine customers potentials.
  -Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  -Coordinates sales effort with directors, managers, accounting, logistics and admin sections.
  -Creates and manages value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  -Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on time and labor investment for the territory/segment.
  -Supplies management with oral and written reports about customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products and services.
  -Participates in our global conference, trade shows and related conventions.
