Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically appealing digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. As a member of the design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape the user journey and define the visual language of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user-centered solutions.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.
- Champion UX best practices and advocate for user needs in product planning.
- Conduct user research and usability studies to iterate and validate designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
Qualifications
Requirement
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong UI graphic design skills, including layout, color theory, typography, iconography, and illustration.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and interaction patterns.
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and handoff practices to developers.
- Experience designing for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and multi-platform ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in your designs.
Advantage
- Experience with motion/interaction design and tools like Principle, After Effects, or Framer.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, data-driven design, and A/B testing.
- Previous work in Agile environments or product-led companies.English Level
