  [Summary]
  Responsible for planning and supervising installation, repair, and maintenance works for power plants and port facilities, including shutdown and emergency response support. Provide technical proposals, cost estimation, O&M support, and client coordination while reporting to Japanese expatriate management.
  
  [Job Responsibilities]
  - Develop work plans, schedules, and preparation activities for site projects, including overall project coordination and progress control.
  - Prepare technical proposals for improvements and repairs, including cost estimation and quotation preparation.
  - Plan and propose annual maintenance programs, including maintenance contract renewal support.
  - Manage spare parts supply, replacement proposals, procurement coordination, and delivery control.
  - Conduct technical meetings and negotiations with clients (mainly power plants and port facilities).
  - Supervise on-site works including installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
  - Ensure safety management, quality control, and progress monitoring at project sites.
  - Execute intensive maintenance works during power plant shutdown periods, including night shifts and emergency response when required.
  - Provide O&M (Operation & Maintenance) support, including product usage guidance and technical troubleshooting.
  - Report to Japanese expatriate managers and prepare technical reports, work reports, and maintenance documentation.
