Performing After Sales Service Support Activities- Assist expatriate Service Manager during product technical training and act as translator during training sessions.- Attending to customer requests or complains on product performance.- Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and minor repairs.- Evaluating and resolving technical problems.- Fault finding, diagnosis and repair recommendation.- Provide high level technical support to customers at their location.- Advice customers on servicing and maintenance procedures and parts.- Provide on-site training to the customers.- Create and maintain service information records in the company enterprise database.- Testing and monitoring the performance of newly launched equipment.- Providing plant with regular reports and feedback on product performance, breakdown and areas of improvement.B. After Sales Warranty Claims Support- Carry out on-site inspection and investigation of causes of fault.- Verification of customers’ warranty claims.- Coordinating with Niigata plant on customer spare parts sales enquiries.C. Other Duties- Perform supporting activities for Sales Department both in technical sales activities and commercial matters.- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.- Offering feedback to Plant on future product development, features and functions.- Ensuring compliance with the OSHA health and safety, quality and environmental procedures when performing work at job sites.- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications.- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
