⇒ To explain about the business model, 1 stop solution. Approaching customers to use their pallets in whole process of logistics, such as suppliers to clients, clients to each customers
- Daily task is to explore new clients to use their Industrial Pallets.
⇒Clients could be any industry which use Pallets for logistics. (e.g. Warehouse, manufacturers)
- At first need to do sales coordinating but gradually shift to outdoor sales.

- Their products, Industrial Pallets are to rent and sold depends on each client's need.

Prepare the quotation, job order, packing details and invoice to the clients.
Perform confirmation or sending related shipping documents with overseas Company.
Good personal relations with the clients for moving planning and ensures clients goods and property is safely arrived to the destination.
Require to travel within Klang valley and may extend to other state in Malaysia if necessary (Company car is available).
Responsible to forwarding related matters in order to meet the Customer demands.
Attend the meeting between customers and house owners or agencies and help translating
Go and check the condominium or office which customer is relocating to.
First 5-10 times, accompany with GM and OJT provided.
If the movement events are not really busy, need to support other departments such as import & export matters which is their main business
(Preparing documents, Coordinate transportation, Liaise with other countries' branch or customers)
*High-season for movements: 30 - 40 times a month (in March & April)
