Monitor the compliance of raw material or intermediate products for suppliers.11. Monitor and communicate the quantity and quality level of the product, attend to the complaint made by customers, and observe in-house rejection for improvement.12. Produce accurate, timely data and liaise, review, and meet with internal and external clients on issues pertaining to Quality.13. To chair and coordinate the setting and controlling production standards, purchasing specifications, and finished products QC procedures. 14. To continually research analytical and management techniques to advance the quality management of the meters. 15. To create and responsible on the internal and external product vision and leads product development from scratch for new and existing products. 16. Ensure staff in the appropriate safety measures, encourage a safe work environment and good practices to minimize long-term health concerns. 17. Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including staff, investors, and potential customers.18. Fill in for Manager (GM) in times of absence. Collaborates with other team leaders and departments. 19. Any other lawful tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
