Account Management & Strategy- Maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high customer retention and unlock cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports for management review.- Represent company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
