Feasibility & manufacturability support- Lead DFM (Design for Manufacturing) activities.- Participate in drawing and design reviews to provide feedback on manufacturability.- Evaluate and confirm inspection feasibility; define required measurement tools and methods.2. Process planning & definition- Define and document end-to-end process flows for new products.- Identify and specify necessary equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures.- Set and validate process cycle time requirements to meet capacity targets.3. Process documentation & systems- Create Process Flow, Control Plan, FMEA and Work Instructions.- Ensure process documentation is approved and ready before pilot builds.- Revise/update process documentation after pilot build with lesson learnt.- Create and maintain process routings and BOM data in ERP systems (e.g., AX).4. Pilot build & line validation- Support pilot, pre-production, and qualification builds in production floor.- Validate actual process cycle time, study gap against planned requirements.- Validate process stability and capability to achieve required first pass yield.- Analyze build data to identify process gaps or failure modes.- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.- Perform drop test to validate packaging design.
