Responsibilities:• Design and perform lab scale polymer extrusion and injection molding at technical workshop.• Design and perform laboratory analysis such as FTIR, DSC, TGA, EDX, etc• Perform mechanical properties checking on product such as Tensile, Flexural checking, etc.• Able to trouble-shoot production process (polymer compounding) and provide technical support.• Assist and lead a team in product or process development projects.• Provide customer technical support (local and oversea).

Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting software. Help design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques. Reversed engineering based on prototype or sample given and convert into a technical drawing.3. Prepare a drawing schedule to complete the task within a given time. Understanding the concept and theory of the product and making improvements from time to time including cost-cutting programs.4. Update drawings in the company shared folder and master drawing for every new or addition/ conversion in engineering drawings. Assist in project schedules and budgets for projects by identifying, documenting, and reporting practices.5. Familiar with the IFCA system.
