【CAD Drafting Support for Japan HQ】You will be responsible for creating architectural and structural drawings using our proprietary software.Designers from various branches in Japan will provide base hand-drawn sketches.Your role will involve interpreting these sketches and producing detailed CAD drawings.To do this effectively, you will need to understand:- The structure and concept of our prefabricated housing systems used in Japan- Relevant design standards and rules applied in Japanese housing design【Communication with Japan HQ and Branch Designers】This position requires a functional level of Japanese communication skills.You will be expected to:- Communicate with designers from the HQ and all Japanese branches via video conferencing and email- Clearly understand design requirements and expectations- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines
