<About Us> Established in Malaysia in 2014, we are the only Japanese-affiliated building management company in Malaysia that undertakes a wide range of building management services for condominiums, houses, and other properties. We have been expanding our business to strengthen our ability to respond to the rapidly growing building management business in Malaysia. We are now looking for a Building Management and Sales Promotion Manager to join our team!<Main Responsibilities>- Management of staff stationed at management offices located in condominiums, etc. (2 to 7 staff are stationed at each site)- Attend management association board meetings- Responding to various requests and requests from tenants- Building repair and maintenance management operations- Promoting sales to win orders for new building management sites- Assist in other organizational operations.- Communicating with head office in Japan (reporting, etc.)
