This includes supervising sorting, routing, and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.- Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, couriers, and support staff. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
