Responsible for taxation planning, forecasting, and identifying tax incentives for the group entities. 8. Recommending tax strategies that align with business goals. 9. Manage tax compliance, including but not limited to direct and indirect taxes.10. Review annual tax returns and computations. 11. Preparation and filing of tax estimation for the companies. 12. Manage and support during tax audit and investigation matters; liaise with the tax authorities in connection with tax inquiries, and work with external advisors in providing tax advice or assistance if required.13. Assist in compilation information and reviewing of transfer pricing (TP") documentation as well as the implementation of TP requirements on related party transactions.14. Any other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.
