Ensure that estimates are competitive, aligned with project specifications, and support decision-making for bid/no-bid evaluations.• Manage contract administration and final account settlement:Oversee the contractual aspects of the project, including progress payments, variations, claims, and dispute resolution. Lead the preparation and negotiation of the final account with clients and subcontractors to ensure accurate closure of project financials.
