  A B2B sales position responsible for developing HORECA customers, expanding existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through market analysis and customer relationship management.
  
  [Job Responsibilities]
  ・Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers to increase sales and customer retention.
  ・Identify and develop new customers, particularly in the Hotel, Restaurant, Café, and Bakery (HORECA) segments.
  ・Identify business opportunities, negotiate with customers, follow up on sales activities, and convert prospects into customers.
  ・Analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs, and Kewpie's products to identify new business opportunities and propose solutions.
  ・Work closely with the Sales Manager and team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  ・Maintain close relationships with distributors and their sales representatives to gather market and customer information.
  ・Identify opportunities for new products, campaigns, events, services, and distribution channels, and support new product development based on customer needs.
  ・Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations, while preparing sales reports and responding to changing market trends.
