  ＜Job Summary＞
  Lead the Material Handling business by managing the sales team, developing customers, and driving business growth through hands-on sales and business development.
  
  ＜Key Responsibilities＞
  ・Manage the overall sales, revenue, and business strategy for the Material Handling business
  ・Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business targets and KPIs
  ・Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in the warehouse and material handling sectors
  ・Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
  ・Conduct hands-on sales activities, including customer visits, negotiations, and solution proposals
  ・Monitor market trends and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies
  ・Drive business expansion by developing new markets, customers, and sales opportunities
  ・Build and expand the sales organization to support the long-term growth of the Material Handling business
