• Job Description

  - Prepare and submit daily material status reports to the Production Control (PC) team to maintain line efficiency.
  - Compile and distribute weekly customer-specific shortage reports to highlight material risks early.
  - Coordinate daily packing material requirements on a Just-In-Time (JIT) basis and audit planned vs. actual receiving data.
  - Communicate directly with customers regarding consigned items, demand updates, and inventory balancing.
  - Liaise with the Purchasing team for purchased components, maintaining stock levels and raising alerts for parts below the 1-month threshold.
  - Facilitate inter-company buying and selling of materials across group entity networks.
  - Perform in-depth inventory turnover analysis by customer, tracking inflow and outflow transactions to meet organizational targets and presenting findings to executive leadership.
  - Monitor slow-moving inventory and identify alternative part usages, collaborating with Purchasing and customers to expedite stock consumption.
  - Track critical safety stock levels and advise incoming quality control (IQC) on expiring parts, presenting analytical insights for strategic decision-making.
  - Conduct variance cause analyses across receiving, shipping, and inventory losses; document root causes and communicate resolutions to customers.
  - Execute Material Request & Requisition Form (MRRN) drop-part analyses to pinpoint causes and share actionable feedback with production teams.
  - Execute Engineering Change Notes (ECN) cut-offs, managing stock transitions and part substitutions seamlessly.
  - Submit Change Part Request Forms (CPRF) prior to production launch to prevent line stoppages.
  - Compare new model listings against Engineering Bills of Materials (BOM) to clearly distinguish between purchased and consigned parts.
  - Handle customs clearance applications, including Lampiran A2/A3 data submissions and supplementary filings.
  - Maintain customer property reports, buy-quantity summaries, and month-end documentation in KMS.
  - Undertake ad-hoc supply chain projects and operational tasks as assigned.
