  【Job Summary】
  Manage and expand the brand’s KOL and affiliate network by recruiting and coordinating creators, managing campaigns and commissions, and tracking affiliate performance to drive e-commerce sales and GMV growth.
  
  【Job Responsibilities】
  ・Recruit and onboard independent KOLs, content creators, and affiliate partners to expand the brand’s affiliate network.
  ・Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, talent agencies, and MCNs to secure suitable creators for campaigns.
  ・Manage commission rates, product sample allocation, and campaign incentives to optimize affiliate ROI.
  ・Coordinate product sample seeding by arranging deliveries and tracking sample distribution to creators ahead of campaign launches.
  ・Brief KOLs and affiliate partners on product messaging, promotions, voucher codes, and campaign timelines.
  ・Track affiliate performance, including GMV, conversion rates, active creators, and content engagement, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  ・Coordinate with TikTok Shop and other platform account managers to secure affiliate incentives, campaign exposure, and platform support.
  ・Work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to align product availability, promotions, and campaign activities.
