  【Job Summary】
  Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, and Meta to drive traffic, improve ROAS and CPA, and support e-commerce GMV growth through data-driven campaign and creative optimization.
  
  【Job Responsibilities】
  ・Set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Meta based on the monthly marketing strategy.
  ・Monitor daily ad spending and adjust bids to ensure campaigns remain within budget while maintaining cost efficiency.
  ・Analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and CVR to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  ・Coordinate with video editors and content creators to develop and update ad creatives, including videos, hooks, copy, subtitles, and calls-to-action.
  ・Conduct basic A/B testing on audiences, ad formats, copy, and creatives to identify the best-performing combinations.
  ・Verify product links, voucher codes, and landing pages before campaigns go live to ensure a smooth customer purchase journey.
  ・Track daily advertising performance and prepare weekly reports highlighting key results, top-performing ads, and underperforming campaigns.
  ・Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and relevant teams to address campaign issues and support GMV growth and overall advertising performance.
