  【CAD Drafting Support for Japan HQ】
  You will be responsible for creating architectural and structural drawings using our proprietary software.
  Designers from various branches in Japan will provide base hand-drawn sketches.
  Your role will involve interpreting these sketches and producing detailed CAD drawings.
  To do this effectively, you will need to understand:
  - The structure and concept of our prefabricated housing systems used in Japan
  - Relevant design standards and rules applied in Japanese housing design
  
  【Communication with Japan HQ and Branch Designers】
  This position requires a functional level of Japanese communication skills.
  You will be expected to:
  - Communicate with designers from the HQ and all Japanese branches via video conferencing and email
  - Clearly understand design requirements and expectations
  - Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines
