• Job Description

  We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator (Delivery Coordinator) to support our sales team and ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
  
  - Order Processing: Confirming customer orders, entering data, and responding to delivery lead times
  - Inventory Control: Maintaining optimal stock levels and managing order timing
  - Delivery Schedule Coordination: Planning delivery schedules based on customer requests and issuing shipping instructions
  - Import Arrangements: Communicating with freight forwarders, tracking shipments, and managing arrival schedules
  - Document Preparation: Issuing sales and trade documents, including invoices, packing lists, and billing statements
  - Internal & External Communication: Facilitating smooth information sharing and handling enquiries with relevant parties
