• Job Description

  1. Understand and practice company's core values.
  2. Report directly to the Manager of the Technical Service Department.
  3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ELV systems and equipment in data centres and commercial facilities.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ELV systems.
  5. Respond promptly to system faults and breakdowns, including during non-office hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  6. Assist the Senior Technical Engineer, Assistant Technical Service Manager, and Technical Service Manager in carrying out services related to:
  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Intrusion Alarm Systems
  • Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS)
  • Fire Alarm Monitoring Systems
  • Structured Cabling Systems
  • Network Infrastructure Support
  • Public Address (PA) Systems
  • Intercom Systems
  7. Perform installation, testing, configuration, and commissioning of ELV systems, including: CCTV Surveillance Systems
  8. Access Control and Biometric Systems
  • Environmental Monitoring Systems
  • Building Management System (BMS) interfaces
  • Structured Cabling (Copper & Fiber Optic)
  • Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Public Address and Intercom Systems
  • Data Centre Monitoring Solutions
  9. Conduct system health checks, preventive maintenance, and periodic inspections to ensure optimum system performance.
  10. Carry out testing and troubleshooting of ELV devices, controllers, sensors, and associated infrastructure.
  11. Support system upgrades, expansions, migrations, and integration activities.
  12. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors during maintenance and project activities.
  13. Continuously learn and develop technical competency in ELV technologies, smart building systems, and data centre infrastructure monitoring solutions.
  14. Prepare and maintain maintenance records, service reports, inspection reports, testing documentation, and commissioning reports.
  15. Ensure all works are performed in accordance with safety requirements, technical standards, and company procedures.
  16. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Technical Service Team Lead and Technical Service Manager.
