  • Job Description

    - In charge of new product development.
    - To carry out design and development of the product through product research, testing and analysis.
    - Liaise with customer on product development documents and implement quality deliverables as customer requirements.
    - Coordination and preparation of product samples and pre-production through divisional control management
    - Improve existing equipment based on technical requirements and performing functional test of the product.
    - Work closely with manufacturing teams, sales and purchasing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and performance criteria.
    - Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate design options and make informed decisions
    - Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components, materials, and services needed for product development and production.
    - Support manufacturing operations by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing design improvements.
    - Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and cross-functional team discussions to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Edu: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field.
    Exp: Has 2 years of experience in manufacturing field.

    - Data analysis and handle new product testing
    - Familiar in clean room working environment
    - Japanese speaking is added advantages
